Orquidea Residences is a new gated community in the Noord area of Aruba. Construction will start soon, with a total of 57 residential units planned. There will be 18 detached single-family villas, as well as 39 condos spread over five 3-story buildings.
The Location
Discerning buyers love the Saliña Cerca area in Noord, Aruba. This upscale area is quiet and safe but still close to everything! The Development
The Orquidea Residences will be built on 160,500 square feet of private property comprised of 25 plots that have been combined. In addition to enjoying the luxury of your architecturally-designed villa or condo, several community facilities are provided. In addition to the centrally located 3-story clubhouse with its bar, restaurant, and fully-equipped gym, there is also a playground for the kids, barbecue facilities, recreation, and green areas.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped and will boast a variety of palm trees, tropical fruit, and other indigenous plants.
As this will be a gated community, there will be a perimeter fence around the development. A security guard will manage the entrance gate.
A homeowners’ association will be established to ensure the community flourishes and owner interests are looked after. For owners not resident in Aruba year-round, an on-site management office can assist you with the rental of your property.
Several environmentally-friendly features have been incorporated into the planning and design of the Orquidea Residence development. Solar street lamps will be installed on the interior roads and pathways in the community. LED light fixtures have been used throughout, inverter air conditioners were chosen for their improved energy efficiency, and of course, solar panels can be found on the roof of the clubhouse and the villas.
